Hey, I’m Thelma Lampkins — a Certified Life and Business Coach, author, and multi-passionate entrepreneur. I’ve worn a lot of hats in my life – from running a daycare and transportation company, to investing in real estate and owning a boutique. Every one of those experiences taught me something about faith, resilience, and the power of not giving up on yourself.
I know what it feels like to start over, to rebuild, and to keep pushing when life tries to knock you down. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women do the same. My mission is to help women — especially those over 40 – shift from surviving to thriving. Whether you’re launching a business, rediscovering your confidence, or simply ready to walk in your purpose again, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
